I've never been bothered by remakes. They have never been able to ruin the magic of the original for me. That being said, I think a Red Dawn remake is actually an ok idea.

Well, I have to say, I'm sad about Inglourious Basterds. That trailer made it look great at first but then falter pretty seriously when it came to the premier business. Dammit, Tarantino, I want wanton violence, not an espionage thriller.

And about Alice in Wonderland, what the hell is wrong with Tim Burton. That looks so stupid. All of it does. He needs to take a fucking lesson in creepy victorian art direction from Del Toro because his idea of subtle creepiness seems to be "lets see how stupid we can make Johnny Depp look this time".
