I have mixed feelings about Red Dawn still. Kyle, you excited?

I think it has the potential, but we all know how remakes tend to get fucked up. I am trying to stay carefully optimistic, but like I said, it's a remake.

I'm just hoping that they don't change much of the story. Maybe it'd work better if they just made it more about survival and less about fighting. I mean, realistically, these kids ain't gonna beat the Kremlin.

If you're referring to Del Toro, then you must have misread my post, because if you'll look back, I said: "I trust you, dude, but you're really fighting an uphill battle for my acceptance on this one." In other words, I love him, but that sounds like a terrible idea.

I also didn't technically put down Johnny, I just said his movies make more money than they deserve. I don't even know who Jerry is, maybe you mean Del Toro, I don't know.

I think now would be a good time to mention that Tony Jaa never uses wires, CGI, or stunt doubles. If this movie is half as good as the first Ong Bak, then seeing it in theaters will be worth the money I would've used on Where the Wild Things Are.

Even if it is worth it you're still missing out, Wild Things was great.

It's the martial arts movie that made Tony Jaa into an international superstar in the martial arts film world. I'll have to let you see it some time.
