That's really annoying, now I'll never know which fated post it was.

In music news:

I started listening to that soundtrack, 45 seconds into the second song I stopped and went to listen to The Mountain Goats. Not because the soundtrack was bad, but just because the second song reminds me of Mountain Goats in so many ways.

I think my favorite songs on the album are All Is Love and Hideaway, not a big fan of the Capsize. And I don't think I've ever heard the Mountain Goats.

Sure is a lot darker than All is Love, none the less good though.

That's part of what I like about him. His new album has a song where a meth addict finds out the end is nigh and kidnaps a person and goes on a road trip while shooting up the whole way.

I agree, musical diversity is very important, I just don't like Lady Gaga, and I have no reason to ever watch her videos because I can't stand her music.

OK, I really like the Radio Dept. Especially the song 1995, music like this is exactly what I wanted right now.

Ok, see, if you had said that on Skype, I would have immediately said to try the band Mixtapes and Cellmates. They have a self-titled out right now that's really good, but you're probably gonna have a hell of a time finding it.

Oh, I can find (almost) anything if I look hard enough so I'll be sure to check it out. I'm sure I can find it as long as it isn't another Morrowind multiplayer mod, I still have nightmares about looking for that fucking thing...

Edit: After a bit of searching I came across a Rapidsahre for it, so I'll be listening to it shorty.

Well tell me how you like them, they're not exactly brimming with energy or anything, but they're pretty... similar (?) to The Radio Dept.

I kinda forgot to edit it with my opinion of them.

No, they aren't very energetic compared to most of my music but I do enjoy them quite a bit. They don't feel too slow though, which is good. They kinda remind me of the music Will listens to, not to say I think they're bad. I know I'm kinda talking circles but I do really like them.

Also, I've been thinking about it, and I've come up with this:

Andrew W.K. - his music... well, it certainly is energetic, I would recommend you give it a try

Japandroids - if you haven't given them a shot yet, then you absolutely should now

MGMT - this one's obvious, again, if you haven't ever really gotten into them, now's the time

I've been meaning to download so stuff from the top two for awhile and I guess I'll add MGMT to that list now as well. I'm sure I'll get some stuff downloaded tomorrow since I have almost no variety of music to listen to. I also need to re get my Delgados since that's the band I think I listen to the most. Long story short, I have a lot of music that needs to be on my computer that isn't. Suggestions are always welcome.

Suggestions for bands in general that I think are essential? Or suggestions that I think fit your usual taste?
